How can I pay for online purchases?
Payments Methods– We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards. Also, we accept PayPal payments.
Sales Tax- Florida sales tax (7.5%) will be applied to orders shipped to Florida, regardless of a billing address.
Checkout Problems– Please make sure that the billing address entered on the checkout page matches that of your credit card statement. If that address differs, you order may not be successfully processed. If you continue to have errors and are using PayPal, please consider using a credit card instead. If you are unsure whether your order went through, check your e-mail to see if you received a receipt. If not, please contact us and we will look into the issue for you.
What is your return policy?

Items are eligible for return if:
- Items are un-worn and have the original tags
- Items are received with 14 days from the original purchase date.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I send back items from different orders?
Of course! To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item is inside the package.
How do I make a return?
To return your item(s), please follow the steps below:

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts and tracking number until your return is processed. An Unlikely Pear is not responsible for damaged, missing or lost packages in transit to us. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders and Shipping – Can you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping to any other countries. We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
